Jenny has been a registered massage therapist since 2001, and has been active in learning and improving ever since. She studied massage therapy from Foothills College of Massage Therapy, which has since been bought out by a larger college. Back then, it was the only massage school available in the area. It was full time and intensive, all in class and hands on. There was a student clinic that incorporated all aspects of client diagnostics, therapeutic treatments, education and exercises, spa treatments such as salt scrubs, herbal wraps, lymph brushing and hydrotherapy.

The intensive 2200 hr program was compact with in class learning; all outreach programs were extracurricular. The subjects included anatomy and physiology, pathology, neurology, myology, osteology, therapeutic exercises and more!

Being an active member of regulatory association for over 16 years, one must continue educating themselves. Since Jenny became a massage therapist, she has studied Aromatherapy, Shiatsu, Craniosacral, TCM cupping, Myofascial therapy, BodyTalk, Tuina, Tai Yoga stretching, Trager, Yoga Therapy and so much more.

She has taught workshops and classes and written articles. Massage therapy is preventative and therapeutic medicine for keeping your entire body healthy. Increased circulation helps keeps all the tissues limber and supple. It assists in organ functioning by encouraging flow of lymph and blood for nourishment and detoxification.
