Calmness is the state of a healthy mind

You can not have true holistic health without knowledge and understanding of the mental-emotional body. All physical change you want for you body and life involves accessing the deep unconscious programming going on inside your mind. Without intentional and purposeful thought, you are left at the whim of other people’s dictation.

NLP or Neuro Linguistic Programming is a system of understanding how the mind works using a collection of tools to bring about immediate, permanent and positive changes. Contrary to therapy, it is future oriented, meaning it’s purpose is for creating positive changes, not reliving the past. It starts with where you are, and moves towards where you want to be.

Therapy dives into past drama, often feeding the habits of mental “dis-function” and perpetuating the ineffective thought patterns and behaviours.

Hypnosis is a state of deep meditation. It is a heightened state of awareness where you are able to access the “mechanics” of your mind… and life. When you are in a state of hypnosis the clutter and distraction from everyday living does not infiltrate your awareness. Hypnotherapy uses this state of hypnosis for implanting positive changes in the matrix. These changes can only be accomplished with your authentic desire for them. Meaning, a hypnotherapist can not suggest anything that is incongruent with your belief systems. Remember, it is a state of heightened awareness, NOT mind control.
