The in-studio retreat is here! This is a group coaching month long program to help you shed the weight, learn about nutrition and your body, and establish healthy habits to make real lasting transformations!
No more dieting and trying the hard way. You’ve tried them all and nothing is working. It’s not your fault. Aside from deep rooted emotions and connection to food, we are swimming in a sea of unhealthy foods and habits that have broken our bodies natural metabolic processes. Now is the time and your chance to finally shed that dangerous belly fat and get your body working for you instead of against you.
Did you know that obesity is linked to:
- Diabetes, insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome
- Cardiovascular disease such as heart disease & stroke
- Sleep apnea

The program is based on functional medicine or getting to the root cause of the dysfunction. You will not be sold any fandangle weight loss products and will learn how these products can actually be making you fat! Real change means we have to look at the whole picture. You will write your own holistic plan of action based on our weekly sessions in addressing mind, body and spirit.
The magic is in the group. Together in the group coaching program, we will dive deep to uncover your stories about food, body image and how and why you may be sabotaging your health. In the group we will explore and have fun in formulating the perfect plan for you to shed 10 or 100 pounds. This is not a diet or boot-camp to make you feel bad about yourself. As a group we will support each other, cheer each other on and hold each other accountable. A mastermind is a magical phenomenon where 1+1 ≠ 2, rather the insights and support of one member with another, in sync creates a mastermind. In this group coaching method, you are more likely to accomplish your goals. And Jen’s methods are designed to equip and empower you to maintain the transformation forever!
